James joined Greenlink as CEO in September 2021 from Phelan Energy Group where he was Chief Operating Officer. He has held senior management positions with KTL Group, Rivada Networks, Accenture and ESB International, delivering infrastructure projects globally.

Colin is a senior energy professional with 25 years' experience across CCGT installation, commissioning, maintenance, plant operations, and commercial trading. He previously managed commercial trading for a 400MW CCGT plant in Ireland's I-SEM market.

Paul joined from Saudi Aramco where he led asset management for submarine cable networks. Previously, he served as Project Director and Marine Project Manager on EirGrid's East West Interconnector project and as Electrical Project Engineer with Siemens.
Nina Harland

Nina joined Greenlink in 2019 as Legal Counsel and was promoted to Legal Director in 2022. She previously practiced as a solicitor in New Zealand advising on construction, social housing and infrastructure projects. Nina holds law and political science degrees.

John joined Greenlink in 2020 to lead the finance function. He has managed finance operations for international EPC companies across 20+ countries with turnovers from $50m to $700m. His experience spans offshore oil and gas, manufacturing, chemical and services sectors.
